Your Rural Villa Finca La Raja is a holiday complex situated at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas in Alhaurin el Grande (Malaga) with an area of approximately 20,000 square meters with 8 totally independent Villas with private parking for several vehicles, surrounded by trees and lush vegetation that provides privacy for each Villa.

Acequia shares a swimming pool with two more houses Almendro and Alakran where you will have sun loungers and parasols reserved exclusively for your family, in the common areas you can enjoy its gardens, playground, wifi area located next to the fish and duck pond in a pergola area with benches and natural stone table, exagonal gazebo and its monuments such as arches aqueduct bell tower and many other places to explore.

2.    DESCRIPTION : ACEQUIA 5 BEDROOMS SHARED SWIMMING POOL

VILLA ACEQUIA 5 BEDROOMS is catalogued by the Consejería de Turismo, Comercio y deporte de la Junta de Andalucía, as a SUPERIOR CATEGORY RURAL VILLA with Andalusian tourism registration number CR/MA/00529 which guarantees the maximum quality of the villa.  
                
Ideal for 10 people, with the possibility of three (3) extra beds, is built on two floors with independent access and outside between the two floors, the communication between the two floors is done by an external staircase.

At the entrance to the upper floor we find an open terrace surrounded by lush vegetation also find a wooden table with benches built to enjoy a meal outdoors.
 From the upstairs terrace you have views of the gardens, swimming pool and mountains, perfect for enjoying the Malaga sunshine.
 
At the entrance of the ground floor, we find a covered terrace with a Balinese bed and wooden tables with built-in benches.

From the ground floor terrace you have views of the valley, river and mountains,Villa Acequia is built with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta and marble floors, with solid wood furniture and rustic Andalusian style decoration.
 
Villa Acequia is situated within Finca La Raja, which is fenced. Access to the villa is from the main entrance of Finca La Raja by means of an automatically opening and closing gate which guarantees exclusive access to the residents of the estate.

There is private parking for several vehicles at the entrance of the villa.

It is accessed through an uncovered terrace and a small covered porch, which leads to the entrance of the villa.

On entering the house we find a hall that leads to the spacious and bright living-dining room connected to the kitchen and a large covered porch, where we find the barbecue and sink, wooden table and chairs of wood and bulrush, two rocking chairs from where we can contemplate beautiful views of the gardens and the mountains.

On this floor there are two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds and a complete independent bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.


GROUND FLOOR  

The ground floor has a large covered terrace surrounded by lush vegetation.

It has three bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with a double bed, a single bed for 3 people, the third bedroom with a single bed, and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a large games room with a professional 7-foot pool table, a professional table football and a dartboard with darts.
