                                            RURAL HOLIDAY COMPLEX FINCA LA RAJA      


It is a rural holiday complex located at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas in Alhaurín el Grande (Málaga) with an area of approximately 20,000 square metres. It has 7 totally independent houses with private parking for several vehicles, surrounded by trees and lush vegetation that provides privacy to each house.

  The traveller will be able to enjoy a large swimming pool shared with two houses CABAÑA and OLIVO.  In the swimming pool travellers will have sun loungers and parasols reserved exclusively for their family all the time they stay at the estate, they can also enjoy its gardens, playground, and wifi area located next to the fish and duck pond in a pergola area with benches and natural stone table and its monuments, such as arches, aqueducts, bell tower and many other nooks and crannies to explore.

 ALGARROBO is classified by the Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Sport of the Andalusian Regional Government as a SUPERIOR CATEGORY RURAL VILLA with Andalusian tourism registration number CR/MA/00531, which guarantees the maximum quality of the house.

 
ALGARROBO, is located within the Rural Enclosure Finca La Raja, which is fenced. Access to the house is from the main entrance of the grounds by means of an automatically opening and closing gate that guarantees exclusive access to the residents of the house.
There is private parking for several vehicles at the entrance to the house.
       
The cottage is ideal for 4 people with the possibility of two (2) extra beds, just at the entrance we find a terrace and a small porch surrounded by lush vegetation where you can relax, we also find a wooden table with built-in benches to enjoy a meal outdoors.  A perfect place to enjoy the Malaga sun. There are beautiful views of the valley, river, mountains and swimming pool.
 
ALGARROBO TU VILLA RURAL 2 BEDROOMS is built with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta and marble floors, with solid wood furniture, decorated in a rustic Andalusian style.

It is accessed through an uncovered terrace and a small covered porch, which leads to the entrance of the villa. It has an entrance hall that leads to the spacious and bright living-dining room connected to the kitchen and a large covered porch, where there is a barbecue, a sink, a wooden table with independent benches and two rocking chairs. From the living-dining room there is access through a distributor to a complete independent bathroom and to the bedrooms, the first one with double bed and bathroom en suite and the second one with two single beds.
Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and washbasin.
