It is located at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas, and at the head of the Guadalhorce Valley, between the towns Coín and Alhaurín el Grande that offer much to see and enjoy both in leisure and gastronomy, near golf courses, surrounded by cultivated orchards, fruit trees and trees. It is a place close to the Coast like Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella or Málaga.

Upon entering the Villa we find a hall which gives way to the very spacious winter living/dining room, from where we access the kitchen, the second summer living/dining room, which in turn connects with the pool-barbecue area via stairs.
On the left side from the winter living room there is access to a hallway that takes us to the area with three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
